• Bug fixing and troubleshooting

• Payment gateway and automation integrations

All services are provided based on client requirements and agreed project scope.

2. Project Requirements & Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project requirements

• Provide necessary access credentials when required

• Respond to communication and approvals in reasonable time

• Ensure legal ownership of website content and assets

WebGrowix is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed client responses.

3. Payments

• Project pricing is agreed before starting work

• Work may begin after advance payment (if applicable)

• Remaining payment must be completed before final delivery or deployment

• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services

4. Revisions & Changes

• Minor revisions within the agreed scope may be provided

• Additional features or scope changes may require extra charges

• Major redesign or requirement change is treated as a new project

5. Intellectual Property

• Clients receive full ownership of project deliverables after full payment

• WebGrowix may showcase completed projects in portfolio unless client requests confidentiality

6. Third-Party Tools & Plugins

Projects may include third-party plugins, APIs, or services. WebGrowix is not responsible for:

• License costs of paid tools

• Future updates or pricing changes of third-party services

• Service downtime caused by third-party providers

7. Limitation of Liability

WebGrowix is not responsible for:

• Business losses or revenue loss

• Website downtime caused by hosting or third-party tools

• Data loss caused by external attacks or server failures

• Unauthorized modifications made by clients or third parties

8. Project Termination

WebGrowix reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Payment terms are violated

• Client uses services for illegal activities

• Abusive or unethical behavior is observed
