At WebGrowix, we maintain transparency and fairness in payment and refund processes.

1. Advance Payments

Advance payments are generally non-refundable because project resources and time are reserved after project confirmation.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • WebGrowix fails to deliver agreed services

  • Project is cancelled before work begins

  • Technical issues occur due to our direct fault and cannot be resolved


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after project start

  • Scope change requested by client

  • Delays caused by client communication

  • Third-party service or plugin failures

  • Completed or delivered work


4. Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be issued if project is cancelled midway depending on completed work percentage.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on payment method.
